PART 01
Why does this matter?
The pertinent question shifts from "Why are we controlled and reduced to blind followers?" to "How is our consciousness manipulated? How are our desires produced, categorized, regulated and exploited?"
Conceptual framework: analyse and test before accepting
I effectively communicate a rigorous, almost alchemical process for testing truth. I adhere to what I can experience through my own conscious being; everything else, I submit to a test, a procedure akin to achieving untainted gold at 1130°C. Only then do I accept it and begin to apply that invented, created pattern of knowledge to my heart-mind furnace, forging new stories and understanding, through rhetoric and hermeneutics.
Questionable method
Although my childhood experiences were generally beautiful and filled with enthusiasm, I was perpetually consumed by doubt. I felt always a fish out of water. This uncertainty arose first from the simple necessity to imitate the commanding adults around me, all while knowing nothing of the reasons for my own actions. When I asked them why I had to do, even they did not have a clear logical image to expose. They were all in doubt?
Let congenital propensities and relevant acquired principals decide
I knew this because, for instance, from my childhood I read any book or reading material I encountered without filtering it through common “good-bad” categorizations. My mother, a practicing Roman Catholic, forbade me from reading Soviet Union or commonly called Russian literature and periodicals we received. I continued anyway, reading clandestinely from a high perch in a garden tree. Through this reading, I assimilated complex and different significant knowledge from a young age. I read that the hierarchy of the Catholic Church and that of the Kremlin in the (former) Soviet Union were nearly identical. That day, my mother was truly angry with me. Today, as an adult and an academic, I recognize the profound importance of listening to and adhering to one's own principles and congenital propensities of claiming the freedom to make choices about one's own life.
Mutual respect-based dialogue among “living worlds”
There is no doubt that humans, like all animals, learn from their elders, their groups and their environment how to survive, defend against danger, and find sustenance. We learn these same things from our families and relative SPEC (socio-politic-economic-cultural-civil) systems.
But when it comes to the uniquely human faculties of individual curiosity, propensities and consequently choice, there must be a foundation of great mutual respect, sensitivity, and an empathy and understanding of each individual's character-bound choices. This is because each individual is a living world, a universe of one, possessing its own distinct being. Each is capable of experimentation, of expressing themselves freely in diverse ways, and of learning from their own direct experience. The necessary constituents in all these relations must be mutual respect and, above all, a respect for freedom within diversity.
I Say NO to: Control for Care and Conformity for Love
Nonetheless, common human mindsets are instinctively clustered around powerful biases. These include an adherence to a proper family hierarchy, its continuation through lineage, the pride of the family name, and a continuous comparison with others aimed at winning and asserting dominance. This system often operates by sacrificing the very freedom of its individual members, mistaking control for care and conformity for love. I understood that how this names the central hypocrisy of many authoritarian systems, whether familial, religious, or political (SPEC systems).
Epilogue of the series
The Core Argument
In this series of articles, I critically deconstruct the so-called “natural family” concept. For me, it is one of the powerful ideological constructs that exploits the human being's congenital and instinctive reproductive system. This has nothing, or very little, to do with the indefinable dynamic of “love,” which naturally excludes human categorical knowledge.
No ideologies
Thus, first, I start with my feet on the ground. Every being is part of the universal flux of change, mutation, decay, and transformation. No one is excluded. Therefore, anything that, within our perception of time (which is limitation), may pretend to be permanent is a false and illusory consideration that leads to unnecessary doubts and anguish.
The SPEC system and religious framework
Despite all these sufferings and disorders, almost all SPEC (socio-politico-economic-cultural-civil) systems, together with religious and spiritual support, exploit this natural reproductive system. In this task, religious belief systems have a crucial role to play: to invent absurd spiritual stories relating to the reproductive system and connect them through illogical opinions and dogmatic systems, forcing common people to follow and live categorically.
The ethical-moral urgency
The world has played this tragic chapter of the drama for more or less 36 years (after John Locke's Political Philosophy on Natural rights and Social contract 1690). After so many long years, for example, no one could, as religions claim, be saved by this type of lifestyle that instrumentalizes the natural “reproductive system” and its processes - the system that has nothing to do with “love.”
